Balance+

Balance + is our grocery food-only plan. It combines Nutrition Education/Coaching sessions with a balanced calorie and macronutrient (protein/fat/carbohydrate percentage) grocery-only plan. No meal replacements are required* Balance + is about real, whole foods. This is the perfect plan for learning how to maintain weight loss for the long term after the active weight loss goal weight has been achieved. (*Meal replacements can be included for convenience)
